With everyone jonesin for the weather to warm up so you can get outside, I thought I would share one of my favorite recipes. It’s fresh and easy, and the best thing, you can grill it.
Print ItProsciutto wrapped Asparagus with a Balsamic Glaze
All you need is
1-Bunch of Asparagus
Prosciutto Ham
Balsamic Glaze- I use De Nigris
Clean and cut the hard ends off the Asparagus. Brush the glaze on the asparagus, and then wrap 3 at a time in the prosciutto ham. Grill at 350 degrees for about 12 minutes, turning every 3-4 minutes. Use a fork to test for tenderness, the fork should slide into the asparagus like testing a potato.
