My all-time favorite go to recipe for quick, easy and delicious cookies - no mixer, no flour, no mess and less than 5 minutes to prepare for baking. And yes it is true "no flour" and you would never know it; they rise nicely while baking, moist and quite tasty. Busy Just Got Easy!

Sugar

Directions

Grease cookie sheets and set aside. In a bowl, stir together the 1 cup sugar, peanut butter and egg until combined. Place about 1/2 cup sugar in a small bowl, roll dough into 1 inch balls, roll balls in sugar, and place 2 inches apart on cookie sheet. Flatten each ball slightly with a drinking glass or fork. Bake at 375 degrees F for about 9 minutes or until edges are set and bottoms are lightly browned. Makes 36.

    1. They are very good and when you sneek a little of the dough in the freezer and drizzle some chocolate on them, they are soooo sinful. We would love to join you at the Pantry Party Roundup. Thank you for the invite, see you there.
