Steak Pizza topped with a Feta Cheese and a Balsamic GlazeSome of the best sides for a steak are sautéed mushrooms, onions and peppers. That’s right, all that on this pizza plus at the end a Balsamic Glaze and then sprinkled with Feta cheese. Let the party begin in your mouth. This fantastic pizza has a bulk of flavors to ignite anyone’s pallet.


Saute the vegi's till soft then add the Top Loin Strips (use your favorite beef) set aside.

 I use my bakery's dough for a short cut. Spread out the dough minutes. Check for crust turning a nice golden brown.  and brush with my Basil Pesto, recipe on this blog http://easylifemealandpartyplanning.blogspot.com/2013/04/rotisserie-rib-roast-with-pesto-rub.html

then top with mozzarella cheese and steak and vegi mixture. Bake at 400 degrees for about 20  minutes. Check for crust turning a nice golden brown.

Before seving sprinkle Feta Cheese and swirl the Balsamic Glaze over Pizza. Watch the happiness in their eyes.

1/2 Onion, sliced
1/2 Yellow Pepper, sliced
1 cup - Mushrooms, sliced
1/2-1Lb. - Top Loin, cut into strips, you can use your favorite meat
1 - Store bought, Pizza dough
My Pesto
2 cups - Mozzerella
Bake at 400 degrees for about 20 minutes or until crust is to your liking.
