Cow in a Blanket

I like easy appetizers, especially when I am so worn out from Christmas.You will love how easy this recipe is and will be great for weekend sports and the up coming Super Bowl. Cow in a Blanket has 5 ingredients, which take about 5 minutes to make and 20 minutes to bake. You can also put your own twist on the sauces, sometimes I use a Hot sauce or BBQ sauce and cheddar cheese. Busy Just Got Easy!

Cow in a Blanket
Preheat Oven to 350 degrees
8 - Frozen Meatballs, thawed
1 can - Crescent Rolls
8 tsp. - Sun dried tomato pesto, Pizza sauce or Spaghetti sauce

8 tsp. - Cream Cheese
8 Tblsp. - Pizza Sauce
Spread 1 tsp. of cream cheese and sun dried pesto on each roll. Add one meatball that has been sliced in quarters on roll. Roll up and close ends so the sauce doesn't run out. Put in oven and bake for 20 minutes. Serve with Pizza Sauce
