Toffee Cookies with Heath Pieces & Bits - The Perfect Cookie

Toffee Cookies with Heath Pieces & Bits - Easy Life Meal & Party PlanningHershey's Milk Chocolate & Toffee Heath Pieces caught my eye the other day. I don't know if they have been around for awhile or not but this was the first time I had seen them. The minute I saw them I was thinking toffee cookies with pieces and bits - double yummmm! I don't have a favorite toffee cookie recipe so I turned to Hershey's Kitchen for the recipe.

These cookies are perfectly soft, moist & scrumptious. Actually the Pefect Cookie!

Directions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
Lightly grease cookie sheet.
Stir together flour, baking soda and salt; set aside. Beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until well blended.
Add eggs; beat well.
Gradually add flour mixture, beating until well blended.
Stir in toffee bits and pieces.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet. I also add a few pieces on top of the dough so they look pretty.
Bake 9 to 11 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool slightly and remove from cookie sheet to wire rack. Cool completely.
Makes about 48 cookies.
