Single pork burger with ham, cheese, bacon & tomato and lettuce |

Ingredients
1 pound ground pork
Pepper to taste
4 thin ham steaks
6 slices of bacon, cooked
4 hamburger buns, toasted
Cheese, lettuce tomato (optional)
BBQ Sauce (optional)
Directions
Form ground pork into 4 patties,sprinkle with pepper and place on medium hot grill and cook until well done.
Place ham steaks on grill for just a couple of minutes on each side.
Toast buns on grill.
Stack as desired and top with bacon.
Add BBQ sauce or other condiments as desired.
