Ranch Party Mix

This is just the best Party Mix. A mixture of seven different ingredients tossed in a buttery ranch mixture. Beware - it is truly irresistible and you will find yourself eating a lot more than you anticipated.  My son-in-law's mother brought it to a party we held this summer and it was a huge hit with everyone. She shared her recipe so I am sharing it with you.

Ingredients (makes 6 cups)

6 cups Cispix

3 cups Bugles

2 cups Cheetos

1 cup Gold Fish

2 cups Cheez-It crackers

2 cups Combos

2 cups cashews

1-2 packets of dry Ranch dressing mix (I used 1 ½ packets)

7 ounces Orville Redenbacher’s Butter Flavor Popcorn Oil

Directions

Preheat Oven to 250 degrees F.

Mix the first 7 ingredients together in a very large bowl.

In a separate small bowl thoroughly mix Ranch dressing and Popcorn Oil together.

Pour over cereal/cracker mix and gently stir until the mix is coated.

Spread mixture out on 2-3 baking pans with sides (you can use a roaster pan or jelly-roll baking sheets)

Place in oven and every 15 minutes, using a spatula, turn mixture so it evenly baked. You will do this 3 times during the course of baking.

Bake for 45 minutes.
