It truly is a treasure. The only danger is you can't put your fork down!
If you have any leftovers it tastes just as good the next day and heats up quite well. It also makes a great cold meatloaf sandwich!

Ingredients
2 lbs. ground beef
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 cup green peppers, chopped
2 eggs beaten
1/2 cup ketchup
8 ounces shredded cheddar cheese or cubed cheese (prefer shredded)
2 cups soft bread crumbs, cubed
Directions
Mix all ingredients together.
Press into loaf pan (2lb. or 2-1lb.)
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 15 minutes if using a 2lb. loaf or 1 hour if using 1 lb loaf pans.
