This is the time of year we love sharing food, drinks and laughs with our friends and family.
At my Christmas Party we all share some of our favorite dishes, but I have to say the hit of the party was my Champagne Punch. The punch bowl station always had a crowd around it and definitely was the talk of the night.
Pomegranate Champagne Punch
2 bottles - Champagne
1 bottle - Pomegranate Cranberry Juice (I used Ocean Spray)
1 container - Raspberries
1 - Lime, thinly sliced
1 - Lemon, thinly sliced
1 - Orange, thinly sliced
Layer ingredients until bunt pan is a quarter full, you may not need all ingredients. Cover with water and freeze.
Meanwhile chill champagne and fruit juice. When guest start arriving take ice ring out and run hot water on the outside to help loosen up the ring. so you can slip it out of the bunt pan. Place in punch bowl and pour champagne and fruit juice over it. If you have a smaller bowl start with one bottle of champagne and 1/2 bottle of pomegranate cranberry juice. Refill when needed.
