Who could possibly resist smoky cheddar cheese and bacon!! This has an incredible taste and is extremely easy to make. Just make sure you allow your self enough time for chilling.
I served this for a party we hosted on the last Packer game. It is one of those appetizers you just can't quit eating. By the time we got to the homemade pizza, everyone was full from the cheese ball. I will be making it again for the Super Bowl.

Ingredients
2-8 ounce packages cream cheese
2 cups shredded smoked cheddar cheese
1/2 cup butter, softened
3 tablespoons milk
2 teaspoons Heinz 57 steak sauce
3 ounces of crumbled bacon
Directions
Cheeses and butter must be at room temperature.
Once room temperature is achieved mix butter and cream cheese together until fully incorporated.
Add milk and steak sauce; beat until fluffy.
Mix shredded cheese until fully incorporated.
Cover bow and chill for at least 4 hours.
Shape mixture into a ball.
Roll in bacon crumbs.
Let stand for 15-20 minutes before serving.
Note: You can prepare the mixture 24 hours ahead of your party and just let it chill in the refrigerator until you are ready to roll it in the bacon and serve.
