Oh my gosh, you are going to love this quick and easy pizza crust recipe which takes about 3 minutes to mix up and pour into your pizza pan. Yes that is right "pour". Just think no rising, no kneading, no rolling and the best part, it makes an amazing tasting pizza.
This quick shake pizza crust recipe is one that I have been making well forever so let's just say it fits into the category of vintage! I prefer this recipe over the traditional dough and my husband who is a pizza fanatic absolutely loves this recipe.
Note: This recipe was updated on 5/19/2015 to include the option to convert the recipe to gluten-free by adding blanched almond flour.

Pizza Dough Mix:
Using a liquid shaker bottle with a wire shaker ball
Shake:
2 eggs
2/3 cup milk
Add spice ingredients to egg mixture & shake:
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon oregano
Add flour to egg mixture and shake until flour is thoroughly incorporated with egg mixture:
General Directions
Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.
Grease a large round pizza pan or a 11 x 14 jelly roll pan.
Pour batter into pan (it will be slightly runny but that is exactly the way it should be) and with a silicone spatula spread out to edges of pan.
Sprinkle 8 ounce can of pizza sauce over batter (do not try to brush pizza sauce over batter)
Add all desired toppings in order you regularly do (beef, sausage, peppers, onions, cheese, etc.) and place into preheated oven. (To prevent spills, remember to hold the pan straight & steady when placing pizza in the oven).
Bake for 30 minutes.
