Hot Cheesy Ham & Herb Sandwich

Hot Cheesy Ham & Herb Sandwich by Easy Life Meal & Party PlanningThis is just the best sandwich! It is quick and easy to make, scrumptious & filling! A great lunch or dinner meal. Having an almost empty frig & cupboards forces you to use a little creativity which is exactly what happened the day I came up with this sandwich.  I hate grocery shopping unless I am on a creative food shopping spree and then it is fun. Otherwise, forget it. So this was one of those days when I had limited food items available in my house. I just wanted a sandwich but something different and hot.

I was also tired of the traditional throw it together quick cold sandwich. I wanted a hot sandwich. What I had on hand was ham slices, Hawaiian King Sub Rolls, Cheddar Cheese, Wisconsin Herb Havarti Cheese. The end result was a delectable savory sandwich that was thoroughly enjoyed by the family. This is one of my favorite sandwiches now and I fix it almost weekly.  Hope you enjoy as much as we did!
