This cookie is all chocolatey and creamy inside.

Ingredients for Cookies:
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
3 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup milk
1 3/4 cup flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
18 large marshmellows halved or 3 small marshmallows for each cookie pressed together in a flower shape
Directions for Cookies:
Preheat ovent to 350 degrees F. Melt chocolate and let cool. Cream together butter, sugar, chocolate egg and vanilla. Slowly add 1/4 cup milk. Sift together flour, salt, and baking powder. Gradually add dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. Cut large marshmellows in half or press 3 small marshmellows together in a flower shape for each cookie. Using a spoon, drop cookies on cookie sheet and bake for 8 minutes. Remove sheet from oven and gently press marshmallows into center of cookie. Return to oven for 1-2 minutes (until marshmallows soften and start to become gooey). Do not overbake these cookies!

1/4 cup softened butter
2 ounces unsweetened chocolate
2 cups confectioner's sugar
1/4 cup milk (use a little moreor less milk for desired consistency)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions for Frosting:
In a small heavy saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Remove from the heat; cool for 5 minutes. In a large bowl, beat the confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in chocolate mixture until frosting is light and fluffy. Frost the top of cookies.
