I am definitely an outdoor type of person so I spend most summer days outside and I don't mind sweltering heat. Eating frozen grapes is a great way to cool down. I also add them just like ice cubes to a tall glass of water. This is a great way to refresh yourself when you are hot.
In the evening you can even add a few to a nice glass of wine.
Just wash off the grapes, remove them from the stems, place in a jelly roll pan or a smaller sided pan and place in the freezer until frozen. Then place in snack bags and keep in freezer.
