Ingredients
4 pork chops
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup onion, chopped
4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 1/2 cup milk
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray
Add sliced potatoes and toss with pepper and salt
Season pork chops with salt and pepper or your favorite seasoning
Mix milk with mushroom soup
Melt margarine in a fry pan and sautee onions
Add pork chops and brown on both sides, leaving onion in pan
Remove pork chops from pan
Add milk and mushroom soup mixture to the pan and heat and stir until smooth.
Pour heated soup mixture over chops.
Bake covered for 20-25 minutes
Uncover and bake an additional 20 minutes
