Loaded Tater Tots is a quick and easy appetizer or meal. I love loaded baked potatoes and when I have time I like to make them the "old fashioned" way in the oven and not the microwave. However, this is a great substitute for those days when you don't have time to wait for baked potatoes. And the guys in the family love this dish!!

Ingredients
1 pkg of Tater Tots
1 pound ground beef, cooked
2 ounces crumbled bacon
1/8 cup finely minced onion (optional)
1/4 cup minced peppers (optional)
4 ounces cheddar cheese
1 Tomato, diced in small chunks
Sour Cream
Directions
Cook Tater Tots per direction but remove from oven 5-8 minutes prior to being done (you want them fairly crunchy).
While Tots are baking, cook ground beef and bacon (I used package crumbled bacon).
Remove Tots from oven and push together tightly and sprinkle with desired amount of ground beef.
Top beef with crumbled bacon, onion and peppers.
Top with cheese.
Return to oven and cook until additional ingredients are hot and cheese is melted.
Top with sour cream.
