My sister made the most chewy, gooey brownies which set off my sweet tooth. This time of year its Florida’s Strawberry season and the thought of brownies and strawberries topped with some crème fraiche just made me twitch. We had the brownies and strawberries, but no ingredients to make creme fraiche. So I put together what I had in the frig and it was delicious.
